We are Ewart and Cynthia de Koning.

In our restaurant we want you to enjoy a culinary journey, with contemporary and sometimes headstrong dishes.

We want you to experience what is possible with the best products! In our kitchen we like to work with fresh products, which we treat with respect.
You can also taste that in our dishes.

Our guests rate “Het Vermeertje” with a 4.5 out of 5 stars. This puts us in 6th place in all restaurants in Delft according to the renowned Tripadvisor website. We are very proud of this as a team! At the same time, we work hard every day to be able to continuously deliver this quality in the future and where possible to make small improvements to successfully fulfill your expectations.

In addition to delicious dining, you can also come inside and have a relaxing drink. For the best cocktails in Delft, a fresh beer, with always a changing draft beer on tap, or a nice bottle of wine.
